Thank you for purchasing the VARON oxygen concentrator. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before using the VARON oxygen concentrator so that you understand your rights and obligations.

VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information

The VARON oxygen concentrator has a one-year warranty. If your oxygen concentrator malfunctions due to manufacturing defects within one year of receipt of the product, we will offer you free repair. This warranty guarantees that the generator is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note that accessories (such as hoses, filters, couplings, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We guarantee the quality of our accessories at the time of purchase, but they are subject to wear and tear. VARON Independence Warranty Exclusions

● Normal wear and tear: Regular maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts resulting from normal use are not covered by the warranty.

● Abuse and misuse: Defects or damage resulting from the following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

● Misuse, improper storage, abuse or neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage.

● Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals.

● Exposure to extreme heat or humidity.

● Use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or exposure of the product and accessories to abnormal conditions or use.

● Lack of preventive maintenance required by the user or supplier.

● Other actions beyond VARON's control.

Unauthorized service or modification: Defects and damage resulting from service, testing, installation or modification performed by third parties outside of VARON are excluded from the warranty.

Complaints and warranty procedures

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at support@varoninc.se within the warranty period. Please provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

Our customer service team will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen generator.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. VARON is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

Non-transferable

The warranties set forth herein are made by VARON only to the original purchaser of the products and are not transferable. The original receipt and proof of identity are required by the purchaser of the products to validate the limited warranties set forth herein. In order for the limited warranty set forth herein to be valid, the purchaser must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and prior to use.

Disclaimer

VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the oxygen generator, even if you are advised of the possibility of such damages. Once the warranty on your product has expired, VARON is no longer obligated to cover replacement, repair and shipping costs.
