Estimated delivery time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time for oxygen concentrators is usually 3-6 days after the order is placed. Delivery time for machine parts is usually 15 to 20 business days.
Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as a sudden increase in order volume or problems with the courier service. In the exceptional case that it takes more than 20 days to receive the product, please contact support@varoninc.se and we will deal with the matter immediately.
Shipping costs :
Shipping within Sweden is free for orders over SEK 1,200. Orders under SEK 1,200 incur a shipping fee of SEK 120.
We have paid all customs duties in full and deliveries to all countries are made on a DDP basis, meaning that taxes are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that you incur customs duties or additional courier charges upon import, please contact our customer service for advice.
If you need delivery to a remote area within or outside Sweden, please contact us via email at support@varoninc.se before purchasing so that we can ensure that your order can be delivered to your address.

Countries/Regions We Currently Ship To: Sweden Only. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide your correct address in order to receive your package. Tip: Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address due to special circumstances, please send an email to our customer service within 48 hours of payment and our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have shipped your order, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can check the status of your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. If for some reason you do not receive this information, please send an email to support@varoninc.se and we will keep you informed about the status of your order.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
If you discover that the package is damaged when you acknowledge receipt, please send an email to support@varoninc.se as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product condition, and reject the package. We will take care of your specific situation.
