Return and exchange policy

Thank you for reviewing our return and exchange policy. Below is information about our return policy:

Timeframe for return:

For all VARON oxygen devices ordered from our online store varoninc.se, we offer a return service within 30 days of delivery (accessories are not covered by this return policy). Please note that if the order exceeds the 30-day return period, your refund request may be rejected, and you will not be able to receive a refund.

Please note that the warehouse address cannot be used as a return address. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service via the official email address support@varoninc.se to obtain the correct return address. Then send the product to the specific address provided by customer service.

Refund terms and applicable fees:

1. Refund before delivery:

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped and receive a full refund without any fees . Please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in canceling your order. In this case, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days of the order being canceled.

2. Refund during transportation:

If you change your mind after the product has been handed over to the shipping company , please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via support@varoninc.se . We will try to stop the package, but it is not always possible to succeed in this.

If the package cannot be stopped and you receive the item, please refuse to accept the package . The package will then be returned to our warehouse. Once we have received a valid tracking number for the return, the refund will be approved.
Please note that we will deduct 5% of the order amount from the refund as a service fee for the handling incurred.

3. The product has been delivered, the packaging is unopened, return requested:

If your package has been received but not opened and the product is in its original condition (no use, no damage, all accessories are complete), and this has been reviewed and approved by our customer service, your refund request will be approved after we receive a valid tracking number for the return.
We will deduct 5% of the order amount as a service fee . The return cost is paid by the customer.

4. The product has been delivered, the packaging is opened but not used, return requested:

If your package has been opened but the product has not been used and is still in its original condition (no use, no damage, all accessories are complete), and this has been reviewed and approved by our customer service, your refund request will be approved after we receive a valid tracking number for the return.

For returns due to the customer's own reasons (e.g. wrong model ordered, change of mind, etc.), 15% of the order amount may be deducted as a repackaging fee . The return cost is paid by the customer.

5. The product has been delivered, the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, a return is requested:

We only accept returns due to quality issues . Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned as they can no longer be sold as new - we hope for your understanding.
If there is a real quality problem, evidence of the problem (e.g. photos, videos) is required, and the product must undergo a quality inspection. If it is confirmed that the defect is due to a manufacturing defect , we will offer a free return or exchange .

The following returns are not accepted:

1. The product has been opened, used or is damaged due to human influence (e.g. scratches, missing parts).

2. The return request exceeds the time limit of 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Consumables and accessories cannot be returned (except in case of quality problems).

Return and refund process:

Our customer service will review the information you provided. If, after review, it is confirmed that the return and refund conditions are met, you will receive the correct return address via email from our support team.

Please send the item to the address provided and email the return tracking number to customer service. Once we receive your tracking number, we will begin the refund process as soon as possible .

After customer service has approved your return request, you will receive the return address. The product must be returned in its original packaging .

Quality control and management:

After our warehouse has received and checked the item, a refund or exchange will be

Completed within 3–5 business days . In the event of a quality problem, an inspection report is required to confirm the defect. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping. In the event of returns for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost .

Priority order for after-sales service:

In case of quality problems , repair or replacement is prioritized over refund (especially during the warranty period).

Exchange policy

Conditions for exchange:

1. For non-quality-related reasons (e.g. incorrect model ordered, delay in delivery, etc.), the product must be in undamaged original condition, with all accessories intact (including original packaging, warranty certificate, etc.) for the exchange to be approved.

2. In case of quality problems, you must provide evidence of the problem (e.g. photos, videos). The product must then undergo a quality inspection, and if it is judged to have a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be approved.

Replacement process:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service via the official email address support@varoninc.se and provide your order number and a detailed description of the matter.

Our customer service will review the information you submitted. If it is determined that the conditions for exchange are met, you will receive the correct return address via email. Please send the product to the address provided and forward the return tracking number to customer service via email.

Once we receive the tracking number, we will expedite the shipment of your new product.

Fees for replacement:

1. In case of exchange due to the customer's own reasons (e.g. wrong model ordered, machine works but does not meet the customer's needs), we offer free exchange , but the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

2. In the event of quality issues confirmed during quality control and classified as product defects, we offer free replacement and cover all shipping costs.

Please note: The following situations will incur additional charges

a. Change during transport:
